Yes, we can provide you with artwork before production and start the production process once your artwork is confirmed. We can also make a sample list for you first, which will include the mold fee and each design's sample fee.

Our general pin production time is about 15-20days after the artwork is confirmed, and transportation time takes around 7-15days.

3. Do you have a copyright letter to ensure that my designs are not used without permission or changes made to reprint them?
We take this matter very seriously and want to assure you that all customized pin designs in our company are protected, and we will not sell your designs. All of your custom designs are safe with us, and we can sign a confidentiality agreement if needed. You can provide us with the confidentiality agreement draft, which we will sign and seal for you.
4. Is there anything else I need to know before designing and placing my orders?
After you place your order, we will provide you with artwork free of charge within 24 hours (excluding legal holidays), and can modify it according to your requirements. When the craft is feasible, we will start production once you confirm the artwork. If you want to check the artwork before making an order, there is a $10 fee for each design, which will be deducted after you make the order.
