1.The spindle can rotate 180 degree(±90 degree), can make multi-kinds of surface which can designed by CAM softwares.
2.Heavy-duty structure to guarantee the stability. The structure is welded by thick steel tube,then processed by professional maching center to mill the surface of guide rails and gear rack and drill holes,rust cleaning,then painting.
3.Unique CNC mold CNC routers machine structures all processed by heat-treatment,it release the tensile force of the steels.After heat-treatment,the structure become very rigid, no deform, harder and low-noisy.
4.Beautiful and scientific structure design.
5.The machine equips with world famous components: Italy HSD spindle, Yaskawa servo motors and drivers, Delta driver, Taiwan made guide rails and ballscrews, helical gear rack, Syntec controller, best quality cable and so on.
6.Professional 4-Axis control system Syntec 60W-E,multi-functional,stable and easy to learn and operate.
7.Italy HSD spindle, higher precision, longer life and low noise. The spindle passed the IP65 water proof test, the inside bearings are ceramic materials. Max.speed is 24000rpm. Double cooling systems of the spindle make it very long life.
