1. How can you guarantee quality?
1) Our quality control process is as below:
Raw materials testing -> Semi-products testing -> Assembly -> 24 hours aging testing -> 100% QC testing before packing -> 20% QA testing before shipping;
2) All our products are 100% passed strictly quality inspection before delivery. our detective rate is less than 1%
3) Our cameras carry a 24-months guarantee. 2 years free repair and lifetime technical support provided after the shipment date.
Any product proves defective under normal usage, we will repair or replace it by free of Charge.
a, If you could repair the products by yourself, we will supply the spare parts.
b, If you couldn't repair the products, please sent back to us, and we repair and afford 50% freight charge.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
1) For trial order, there is no MOQ to support our customers to test the product quality, market feedback, any quantity is
welcome.
2) For logo printing, MOQ is 100pcs;

Usually our payment term is 30% deposit to arrange production, and 70% balance when goods ready.
