Water immersion retort machine
The water immersion retort machine heats the hot water in upper cylinder to preset temperature by directly injecting steam,and then injects into lower process cylinder, and circulates the process water
in retort and sterilizes by circulating hot steam . It can shorten the sterilization time and improve work
efficiency . The lower cylinder sterilized process water can be recycled ,saving energy,time and man labor,improve work efficiency ,reduce production cost .
FEATURES:
1. The steam directly enters the retort to sterilize the food at high temperature, which is simple and quick;
2. Equipped with a cooling device, no dead spots for sterilization, and the heat distribution in the sterilization stage is controlled at ±0.5°C;
3. Equipped with negative pressure safety device to avoid manual misoperation and form negative pressure to ensure the safety of the equipment;
4. After the equipment is restored from power failure, the program can automatically restore to the state before the power failure to reduce losses;
5. Chain drive can be selected in the kettle, which is convenient to get in and out of the basket and save manpower;
6. One-key operation, when the product enters the sterilization kettle and closes the kettle door, press the sterilization button to complete the entire sterilization process;
7. Equipped with triple safety interlock to prevent misoperation of workers and avoid accidents;
