Main Features
1. Spindle precision is within 0.01mm and the workpiece cutting precision is steadily controlled within ±0.1mm.
2. The patented blade separation system, when workpiece is finished cutting, the pallet will move away slightly to both sides, cutting off the workpiece before the saw blade retires to implement automatic separation, avoiding the saw blade retires to cut the workpiece again and cause the cutting surface is not smooth or burr (more than 80% of the current market equipment is not equipped with the action of material separation after cutting, resulting in the cutting surface is not very smooth), to ensure that the workpiece cutting surface is smooth and burr-free.
3. The working panel of the machine is made of bakelite, which effectively protects the cutting product and prevents the saw blade from scratching the cutting surface when retracting.
4.Specially with Fujire ultra-thin saw blades, each cut can save more than 1.5mm of material, saving material and increasing output .
5. All feeding and cutting pushing forwarding are made with imported square ball linear guides to ensure the stability of the sawing process.
