Breathable membrane house wrap is a synthetic roof underlay for use under pitched roof claddings. It reduces drafts and assists in moisturemanagement.Breathable water resistant film reduces the risk of condensation when compared with conventional kraft papers.
The main function of the breathable roof membrane house wrap is to reduce the amount of heat lost by air leakage through the ceiling and from the loft space to the outside .
