2. principle

The detection principle is based on the reaction principle of glucose oxidase method. Glucose oxidase specifically oxidizes β-D-glucose to generate glucuronic acid and hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is produced under the action of peroxidase. , causing the test strip to change color.

7. Testing steps
