Surface Treatment | Our steel material mainly uses high phosphorus with nickel plating, which greatly increases the rust resistance of the valveblock. Salt spray testing machine is equipped for our company. Each batch of valve blocks are tested for 90 hours of salt spray. |
Details | We have professional deburring tools and experienced staff to remove large burrs and flanges by hand grinding. Then, ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean the valve block thoroughly. The oil impurities in the internal flow of the valve block will be cleaned by the high-frequency vibration of the cleaning fluid. The endoscope is used to check the deeper drill way to ensure that the valve block is completely without burr and impurities. |
