Q1 Chromatic problems?
All product pictures and details are real shot, but due to the difference of the light problem or computer monitors, there may be some off color, which is a normal phenomenon, thank you for cooperation!
Q2 Are you a factory or a trade company?
We are both factory and trade company, welcome to visit our factory at any time.
Q3 Can you provide samples?
Yes, we provide two kinds of samples:
1) If you only want to check the quality, we can provide free samples which were produced in the past. The only fee you need to pay is the shipping cost.
2) If you can order more than 200pcs per design and pay 30% deposit, we will make one free sample for you. You only need to pay for the shipping cost. Of course, we will not start mass production before customers say "yes".
Q4 What's the OEM service procedure?
a) Confirm the artwork from customer and modify to fit produce.
b) Making counter samples within 3-5 days.
c)After confirm the details of samples and packing details, mass production started.
d) Confirm the shipment detail of produces and ship the cargo after inspection.
Q5 How long it takes to make a sample?
It's around 3-5 days.
Q6 How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping cost is charged by the package's weight and related to the shipping methods you choose and your destination.
