3. Can I get existing samples free?
Sure, we usually provide existing samples for free, but extra sample charge for custom design. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. we usually send samples by Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL from our Hong Kong office under freight collected.
