Q1.Do we need lisence to install this type of buildings ?
A1: The usage of land should obey the local laws and regualtions ,then the buildings on it requires the local lisences including the fire-control , habitation safety etc . .
Q2. Do I need to make a ground work before installation it ?
A2 :(1)There are two methods to install it , if the ground is not flat and hard, then the project owner can consider to build 4 pile caps on it to connect the house ,and at same time constructing an approachable path to the house is necessary . If the ground is flat ,then just lay the house on it is fine .
(2) Project owners need to prepare the septic-tank / water supply / power supply / drainage .
Q3. It could arrive anywhere ?
A3 : due to it's size(8.6M* 3.3M* 3.2M ) and weight (8 tons ) , the other model has (11.5 X 3.3 X 3.2m) ,the house is shipped on a long vehicle widest ,so if the roads have limitation about height / load / width ,then it would not be able to arrive at some places .

Q4. Any help to install onsite ?
A4.: Basically ,domestic market we send the engineers following the container to the project site . And oversea market , we send engineers and project manager to go onsite when the houses arrive at the location .
Q5. It comes pieces and I need to group them together into a complete house ?
A5: It comes as a turnkey house , a complete house and finished one without bed . The house is transported on a long vehicle ,owners just need to hire crane drive to unload it to the location ,then install it on top of the land that the septic-tank and drainage pipes are built .

Q6.How to install ?
A6. Firstly ,the house has 4 pile-caps that is fixed by screws on a grounded pile-caps . House pile-caps could be burried under the ground . And house pile-caps could be above the earth then a ladder is needed . Secondly , we will offer the constructon drawings for installers to connect the water pipes / electricity cables etc. The ground installation could be finished in 1 day .
