5.Q: about samples:

  A:1)For first order ,stock sample is free and buyer pay the freight cost,which will be refund when you made the order amount more than $1000 later .

      2) For old customer ,we will not only send free samples but also new designs for expending new market .

      3) sample time :2days for stock items and available designs,and 7 days for buyer’s design making.

6.Q.How about the delivery time ?

  A:For stock items it will be finished within 3-5 working days.

      For bulk order ,normally 7-15days, it depends on the order quantity and requirement.

7.Q:Shipping Term:

  A:1):Some small parcels or sample will shipping by express ,5-8 days for shipping (DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX…)

2):If your order with a big quantity ,it will be shipped by air,sea or railway you can choose te best one you like while making quotation.
