2. Automatic CR80 Cards Feeder with Double Cards Detection.
3. Upper Cavity Milling(with vacuum dust clean) and Middle Cavity Milling(with vacuum dust clean) with Vacuum Dust Clean(whole
cavity).
4. OCR Verification(check wires position after milling).
5. Pull Wire 2Heads Up, Pick Up Left Wire Head and Pull Up, Pick Up Right Wire Head and Pull Up.
6. Cut Wire Heads and OCR Verification(check two heads wires if pull up to correct position).
7. Push Wires As Flat(for next milling station to do bottom cavity milling).
8. Bottom Cavity Milling and Bad Milling Card Rejection.
9. Verification(check wires if at correct position after bottom cavity milling).
10. Pull Wires Up for next stations Pull Wires Up(from front and behind sides) and Pull Wires Up(from left and right sides).
11. Chip Punching(reject bad chip), Pick Up Chip and Turn Over Chip 180 degrees, Transfer Chip to next station for 90 degrees turn
over.
12. Chip and Antenna Welding, Push Chip as flat.
13. Prepare Wires(ensure chip is 100% in cavity).
14. Chip Spot Implanting and 3 Stations Hot Implanting & 1 Station Cold Implanting.
15. Finished Cards Testing, automatic reject bad card and collect good cards..
