DEBO has been developing Compact Laminate for a wide applications of both interior and exterior as structural and decorative building materials.

DEBO Compact Fiberboard is an innovative, robust, and high density (1000-1200 kg/m3) wood based fberboard. The raw core is black colored and made up of wood fbers impregnated with thermosetting resin. The surface layers on both sides are decor papers, having decorative colors or designs that are impregnated with melamine based resin. These two components are bonded together under high pressure and temperature to obtain an integrated decorative material.
DEBO Compact Laminate is a solid, robust (density ≥1350kg/m3) and double-sided color decorative building material manufactured under European norms EN438. lt consists of multiple layers of phenolic resin impregnated kraft papers and melamine resin impregnated decor papers, which are set together and pressed under high heat and high temperature. DEBO Compact Laminate is durable, self-supporting and moisture-resistant, which can be ideally used in areas subject to intensive use.
