Gears specification:

 1) Material:  stainless steel304;C45,40CrMo,42CrMo,20CrMoTi, etc steel bar, steel sheet,     casting.For big module and big OD,usually casting.

2) gear module: 0.5M-30M.

3) Gear processing precision: Grade 7,8,9.

4) OD: ≤2.5m

5) Customers' drawing and samples are welcome.

6) Tooth flank carburization and nitrification, with rigidity of HRC58-62.

7) Quality inspection: all items ate inspected and tested through the whole production  line.

8) Surface treatment such as zinc plating, black oxide... etc.

Gears classification:

1) According to shape: spur gear, bevel gear, Non-circular gear, gear rack and worm gear.

2) According to tooth: spur gear, helical gear, Herringbone gear, Curve gear.

3) According to tooth surface position: Internal gear and External gear.

5) The strength of casting is lower than forging and usually used in large gears.

6) Mechanical character of gray cast iron is lower. So always used in low load power             transmission.
