Please note: Voltage supply default 5V, please adjust jumper cat to correct place before power on,

Firmware Writing

Step 1: Empty the U disk
Step 2: Copy the corresponding resolution program (*. Bin file) with the TXT file to the
U disk 
Step 3: Connect the U dish and TV Mainboard Via USB Interface
Step 4: Connect the Keyboard and TV Mainboard
Step 5: Connect the power supply, check the keyboard light. If there is a flashing light,
that is in the written program, waiting for the light turn to Green, work is done.

(Note: *During Step 5,the power supply can't be cut off *The same firmware can only
be burned once time)

 

Factory Settings
Menu--remote control press 8896--factory setting
Screen Specification Adustment: Factory setting--Use the right key to choose--MAP
data (LVDS MAP DATA has 16 items totally, it is enough for most of the screen)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Q: We are using several panel. how to match and change the software?
A: Our software supports MULTI-RESOLUTION choice by changing jumper cat. no need change software for different panel.
Q: What's delivery time? what's the shipping way?
A: General sample order is in stock within 3 days; General order is about 15 days after get deposit; Flexible delivery time can be negotiable.

Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: we are a factory launched since 2006, specialized in TV Monitor products for more than 12 years. 

Q: How about your quality? If any defective, is there any compensation or what can you do for me?

A:  We have one year warranty, if any defective, please take multi angle photos of the defective as an evidence, then send the whole machine including defective parts or unforced broken parts back to us, we will repair it FREE Another way, the defective will be compensated in the order after the defective sent back.

 

Q: How about your capacity?

A: We have 5 products lines, daily capacity is 2,000 pcs. Your cargo will be fast dispatched in our warehouse. You can receive the cargo in time. 

Q: Is it possible do the models with our brand and all artwork in our language?

A: Yes, both are ok. The products can be in your brand and all artwork in your language. 

Q: Can you do OEM and ODM orders?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM orders are acceptable.
