1. Inaccurate height and weight during measurement?
This is because of the motherboard, it needs to be initialized. You can adjust and calibrate your height and weight through manual input.

2. Does the weight fluctuate when using the machine to measure weight?
Because the weighing IC chip is damaged, you need to replace the chip or the corresponding motherboard.


3. Error when measuring height?
This is due to the damage of the ultrasonic probe chip, which leads to normal measurement, and a new probe needs to be replaced.

4. The printer cannot print normally?
-If the red light on the main board of the printer keeps flashing, the paper is not installed, reload the paper until the red light does not flash.
-If the red light on the printer motherboard does not flash, the printer should be damaged. Please replace it with a new one.
