PP:
Polypropylenes is a polymer of propyleneS by addition polymerization. It is white waxy material, transparent and light in appearance. Chemical formula is (C3H6) N, density 0.89 ~ 0.91g/cm3, flammable, melting point 189ºC, softening at 155ºC or so, the use of temperature range of -30 ~ 140ºC. Under 80ºC, it can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt liquid and various organic solvents, and can decompose under the action of high temperature and oxidation. PolypropyleneS is widely used in the production of clothing, blankets and other fiber products, medical instruments, automobiles, bicycles, parts, pipelines, chemical containers, and also used in food and drug packaging.

Application
Acid and alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance, excellent electrical insulation, low temperature, still can maintain a certain toughness. Surface hardness, tensile strength, rigidity and other mechanical strength are higher than LDPE, close to PP, tougher than PP, but the surface finish is not as good as PP.
Poor mechanical performance, poor air permeability, easy deformation, easy aging, easy to brittle, brittle than PP, easy to stress cracking, low surface hardness, easy to scratch. Difficult to print, printing, need to carry out surface discharge treatment, can not electroplate, surface dull. Used for extruding packaging film, rope, woven bag, fishing net, water pipe; Injection molding low-grade daily necessities and shells, non-load-bearing components, plastic boxes, turnover boxes; Extrusion blow - molded containers, hollow products, bottles.
