Kaifeng LUGB Gas Water Digital Meter Sensor Steam Compressed Air Methanol Liquid Argon Vortex Flowmeter
When the fluid flows through vorte generator in the pipeline, as partial flowrate go up, a vortex pattern appears, the vortex alternatively appears as two columns, it is called Karman Vortices.
The vortex alternatively segregates, a fluctuating force is produced in the wake flow behind the prism, the detecting probe installed behind(or in) the prism is affected by this tiny fluctuating force and piezoelectric crystal partsburied in the probe is affected by the alternative stress, then am alternating charge signal is generated.
It is widely used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline medium fluids, such as gas, liquid,
steam.
