Our company, integrating Research & Development, production and sales, is a modern enterprise engaged in professionally producing rubber, silicone, plastic extruder machinery and the complete auxiliary equipment.
The main equipment includes rubber compound extruder production line, rubber hose extruder production line, pro-forming extruder machinery, silicone extruder production line, butyl rubber extruder production line, compound sealing strip production line, spiral protective jacket production line, pipe production line, elastomer extruder machinery, sheet profile production line etc. Our equipment also widely used in the producing of engineering sealing, automobile sealing, cable wire, vehicle rubber hose, braided tube, water-stop etc.
The company has successively introduced many sets of domestic and oversea advanced equipment, wherein 6 machining centers, 4 digital controlled lathes, 2 grinders, 2 drillers, 4 linear cutting machines, 2 swing machines. Supported by the excellent producing equipment, we can independently complete the whole processing technology including initial blanking, lathe, milling, electric welding, assemble, quality testing and spray painting, debugging. What’s more, we have sufficient raw materials and the adequate reserves of various spare parts, to offer the customers equipment efficiently.
