The air shower is a necessary access to the clean room and can reduces the contamination problems caused by entering and leaving the clean room. It is installed between the clean room and the non-clean area. When people want to enter the clean area, they need to be blown through in air shower room, where the clean air blown out can remove the dust carried by them. It can effectively block or reduce the dust source into the clean area. The air shower has electronic interlocks of the front and rear doors, which can exert as an airlock, preventing unpurified air from entering the clean area.
After the air has been filtered through the channel, it is then pressed into the static pressure box of the air shower by the high pressure fan. The filtered clean air is sprayed onto the person from all directions by rotable nozzles, thus effectively removing the dust particles. The particles will then be filtered and re-circulated to the air shower afterwards.
