This is linear type peristaltic pump ( can be piston pump) filling machine which is designed for high capacity filling task, driven by servo motor with high precision. The filling nozzles are made of SS316, resist high temperature filling. drip-proof, via photoelectric detection to ensure no bottle no filling.
Operator through touch screen control the machine each part running, as well adjust the running parameters.

Cap transporting & pressing mechanism
Adjust the mechanical pressure regulator on the side plate of the machine so that caps can be transported to the fixed position of
cap pressing.
When a bottle with a cap is transported to be under the pre-screwing head by the main turntable,the pre-screwing head moves downward together with the lifting shaft of cap screwing head,pressing the cap down and rotating it for one circle to prepare for later cap screwing
The turntable helps secure and transport bottles while working. This carousel should be customized according to bottle size. Change different turntables for different types of bottles.
Equipped with high-quality electric eyes, which can be used to detect bottles and start or stop the machine. The sensitivity of the electric eye can be adjusted through the adjustment part. Improve work accuracy.
