Process flow Optical inspection: Professional LED light source picks out unqualified eggs such as cracked, yellowish, deformed, and sandy skin;
Spray cleaning: spray warm water and scrub to remove contamination on the surface of the eggs;
Air drying: quickly dries the eggshell surface;
Sterilization: Ultraviolet sterilization, destroying bacteria on the surface of eggshells;
Oil spraying to preserve freshness: prevent the invasion of external bacteria and achieve the purpose of freshness preservation. 1. The operator pours the whole frame of eggs into the egg water tank, and the high-pressure spray device on the egg water tank performs the initial cleaning of the eggs.
2. The rollers on the conveyor belt on the egg water tank will transport the eggs to the separate conveyor belt in sequence, and the transport rollers will transport the eggs to the cleaning machine for in-depth cleaning.
3. The cleaned eggs are transported to the powerful air dryer channel through the escort board for air drying.
4. The air-dried eggs are sprayed with oil in the next process under the action of the conveying roller to keep them fresh.
5. The eggs after oil injection are sent to the conveyor under the action of the conveying roller.
6. Collect and pack eggs at the other end of the conveyor.
