Product Description
The carbonated beverage filling machine is a three-in-one filling machine integrating rinsing, filling and capping. It is suitable for the filling production of soda water and other gas-containing beverages in polyester bottles. The whole machine is controlled by PLC system, operated by touch screen, and has a high degree of automation. According to the characteristics of gas-containing beverages, the filling valve adopts an isobaric filling valve, with precise liquid level control and stable filling. Equipped with a pressure regulating device for precise control of carbon dioxide pressure, the filling level is accurate and stable. The main engine is equipped with protection and alarm devices such as bottle jam, lack of bottle, lack of cap, overload, etc., to ensure the quality of carbonated beverages produced.

Beverage mixing tank
The tank is made of SUS304, the motor drives mixing head to mix sugar(or syrup) and water, and other material in drink you want to
mix, it is preparation before freezing, pump taking directly, reduce re-pollution;
3 in 1 rinser-filler-capper for carbonated drink
The most advanced technology from Japan and Germany is employed in the design. The gravity fixed liquid surface filling is used. The
filling is fast, the amount of liquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.
Bottle Rinser part:
1）Except the down framework, the transmission parts and some parts that must be made of special materials. Other spare parts are
made of stainless steel 304.
2）The roller bearing is made of stainless steel, the sealing ring is made of EPDM material, and plastic is made of UMPE.
3）The gripper is made of stainless steel, the position where hold the bottleneck is also made of stainless steel, compared with
the traditional rubber gripper, it is much hygiene, durable, and no quick-wear parts, the screw parts of the bottleneck can avoid
being polluted by the rubber gripper.

1)Adopted Germany anti-corrosion non-maintaining bearing that can reduce the pollution of filling to the environment.
2) The rotate plate is made of SUS AISI304, large flat toothed bearing.
3) The pressure mechanical valve is introduced the advanced foreign design with a fast filling speed, no hygiene corner pocket, a few sealing parts, and precise liquid level control. The whole valve is made of 304 stainless steel.
