1:CAN I GET FREE SAMPLES?
LongHua provides free samples for checking the quality and compatibility, you just need to cover the shipping cost.
2:CAN YOUR PRODUCTS BE CUSTOMIZED?
Yes, almost all of our products are customized, including the material, size, thickness and logo. Both OEM & ODM orders are welcome。
3:DO YOU PROVIDE DESIGNING SERVICE?
Yes, we provide designing service if you don't have your own designer. But we encourage you to create your own design.
4:WHAT FORMAT ARTWORK DO YOU FOR DESIGN?
We prefer PSD format with several layers. Other format such as CDR /AI/PDF file would be ok。
5:HOW CAN YOU MAKE SURE THE PRINTING COLORS ARE RIGHT?
Using offset printing, there will be a color tolerance of around 10-20%, if you need an accurate color matching, please provide the PMS color code for our reference, with which we can reduce the color tolerance to 10% or below. If you have a sample card which we can follow for the colors, we can make the color tolerance to around 5%.
6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CARDS?
The production lead time is around 7-10 working days, we provide rush order service that if you need to finish your order within 4 or 5 days, we can also do that.
