Q:What is your MOQ?
A: Generally 1000pcs,but we accept small trail order.Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
Q:Can I print my company logo and customize color?
A: Yes,custom color and logo is welcome,pls send the vector files for the logo and tell us the PMS number.But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge across T/T, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
Q:What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, Al,cdror PDF,etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
Q:May I get free sample?
A:Sure,we can send free sample,you just need to pay the express
freight,but the freight is refundable when the products you ordered reach a certain amount.
Q:Do you provide OEM developing services?
A: Yes,we have plenty experience in OEM developing,Customer's OEM project is welcome.

A: It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
