JZJ2B series roots liquid ring unit is a pumping unit composed of ZJ type roots pump as the main pump, 2BV series water ring pump or roots water ring unit as the backing pump. In addition to general gases, it can also be used to pump gases containing moisture, organic solvents, or small amounts of dust. Compared with the general mechanical vacuum pump, it is not afraid of oil pollution, water vapor and fine dust, and compared with the general water ring vacuum pump, it has the characteristics of high vacuum degree and large pumping speed under vacuum working conditions.
JZJ2B series roots liquid ring vacuum unit adopts the funny and energy-saving 2BV series water ring pump as the backing pump, so the JZJ2B series vacuum unit has the advantages of high efficiency, compact structure, no leakage (2BV pump is designed for mechanical seal, different from 2SK series packing seal), corrosion resistance (2BV adopts stainless steel or aluminum bronze impeller), and high protection level compared with JZJ2S series.

The roots vacuum pump adopts the ZJ series roots vacuum pump developed by the company itself, and the ZJ series roots vacuum pump after our company improves the sealing of the pump cavity and the bearing cavity, and the pump oil is not easy to emulsify in the process of pumping out a large amount of water vapor and various solvents.

Note for unit type selection
① Understand the composition of the pumped gas, whether the gas contains condensable steam, whether there is particle dust, whether corrosive, etc. When selecting the vacuum pump, it is necessary to know the gas composition and select the corresponding pump for the pumped gas. If the gas contains steam, particles and corrosive gas, auxiliary equipment, such as condenser and dust collector, etc., should be installed on the inlet pipe of the pump.
② The working pressure of the Roots vacuum unit should meet the requirements of the limit vacuum and working pressure of the vacuum equipment. For example, a vacuum drying process requires a working pressure of 10mmHg (absolute pressure), and the limit pressure of the vacuum pump should be at least 2mmHg, preferably less than 1mmHg. Usually, the ultimate pressure of the selected pump is half to an order of magnitude higher than the working pressure of the vacuum equipment.
③ Correct select the working point of the Roots vacuum unit, the normal operating range is the maximum suction pressure to limit pressure X 5. Example: JZJ2B150-70-5111, the normal working pressure range of the rots liquid ring vacuum unit, the unit is more efficient within this range.
④ Under its working pressure, the vacuum unit shall be able to discharge all the gas amount produced in the process of the vacuum equipment.
