(1) Peanut candy making process:
Roasting → peeling → boil sugar → mixing → flating → cutting → cooling → packaging

(2) Sesame bar production process:
Cleaning and peeling → boil sugar → mixing → flating → cutting → cooling → packaging.

1). sugar melting pot

This machine can make the solid sugar into thick syrup, which can be made for cereal bars.

No matter what kind of sugar you use, we have suitable sugar melting pot for you to choose. suport for electri and gas heating, with ordinary or planet agitator inside, vacuum melting or not, different volumes from 50L-500L, etc.so many models that can surely meet your special requirements. 

2). sugar mixer

After sugar melting, you can transfer the syrup into this mixer, adding some nuts like peanut, sesame, almond, melon seeds, Walnut kernel,etc. also can add some fresh and dry fruits such as raisin,currant,Blueberry etc to make cereal bars more Nutritious and flavorful. of course you can also add other flavoring and additive according to your own recipe.

After mixing, the final mixture will be fullly and uniformly together.

3). Cereal bar forming and cutting machine

This automatic cereal bar forming and cutting machine is made up of hopper, roller, air fan, cutter, and control system. 

After mixing, put the candy dough into the machine hopper, there is also an Agitator inside to guarantee the material in unifom condition. after coming out from the hopper bottom, there are a few rollers in a line pressing the mixture  to make it  flat , tidy and compacted.

As the mixture moving forward, there are 3 air fans set on the upper to make the mixture get cooled, thus essy to cut, then the single horizontal balde cut the strips into small quadrate cubes with even and shape size, no waste, no break.

What's more, there is control system on our machine, you can set conveyor speed, air fan cooling , etc, easy to learn and operate.

4). Cereal bar  pillow packing machine

After forming and cutting into small bars, you can also pack them into plastic bags. the sealing way can be back-sealing, 3-side sealing, with or without easy-tear, sealing side with or without serration.highly  improving
