A: As the windows and doors are customized size and configuations, so before we quote, please kindly provide the information as below so that we calculate the detailed price.
1) Shop drawing of window or door schedule to show the dimensions, quantity and type;
2) Profile frame color;
3) Type of glass and thickness, single glazing or double glazing, or tempered glass, clear glass, laminated or others.
Q3: Can you produce it according to my requirements?
A: Yes, all kinds of windows and doors can be customized and produced.
Q4: What is your delivery time?
A: Normally 25-40 working days after drawing confimed and received the deposit of order.
Q5: Can you pack the product according to my requirements for export?
A: Yes, packaging can also be customized. At the same time, each product has cardboard, polyfoam and plastic film to protect.
Q6: What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
A: Our all products are Customer Customization. We manufacture windows and doors according to your dimensions.
Q7: Your windows come with the glass installed already?
A: Yes, we will install glass at factory based on windows or doors dimension to make sure they can be safe during transportation and they are easy for buyer to install the whole windows or doors.
Q8: What is your warranty? How can we do in case of problems?
A: We offer warranty of 10 years including frame unfading nor peel-off, and accessories working properly under correct operation.
10 years warranty for German hardware. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier.
