2 | In order to avoid thermal shock to the zirconia crown, do not grind the zirconia crown too hard or too fast. | ||||||
3 | The treatment of zirconia crowns shall be performed according to the manufacturer's technical instructions | ||||||
4 | Do not mix CZR porcelain powder with other porcelain powder.Other porcelain powders include zawu other series of porcelain powders and other brands of porcelain powders. | ||||||
5 | Zirconia crowns should be cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner containing acetone solution before top to bottom porcelain. | ||||||
6 | Special baking liquid or steaming water should be used to mix CZR porcelain powder. | ||||||
7 | In order to improve the bonding strength of zirconia crown and CZR porcelain powder, the first layer of bottom porcelain is cleaned, coated and fired. | ||||||
