Q: How can I get some samples?and if we make our own logo or design samples,how many days need?

A: The current existed samples is free,you just pay the transport cost. OEM samples is available,usually 5- 7 days.

 

Q: What is your usual mass production lead time?

A: Depend on your order quantity,usually is 25-35days after confirming orders.

 

Q: How does your factory control the quality?

A: The QC people focus the quality control in each production process for sure.

 

Q:Could we custom the new style or shape products your factory is not available?And how long can you finish the new molds(including the new products samples)?

A: Yes,new mold is welcomed.Usually is about 15-25days.
