The extruder,barrel and screw rods are made of high quality 38CRMOALA alloy steel that have been nitrized and processed in a precision way,It is good in hardness,durable in corrosion resistance,The special designed screw is of high quality,which helps increase the production capacity,lt is applied to blowing the plastic films like low density polytene,high density polytene and linear low density polytene,lt is widely applied to producing the packing bags for foodstuff,clothing,rubbish bad and vest ones.
Feature:
1).This machine set adopt bottom blow type to produce polypropylene plastic film with good fransparency and without such phenomena as flow liner, corrugation and fold, etc.
2).This screw material cylinder is elabroately made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel after nitrogen treatment and has best rigidity and corosion resistance.
3).The nould head is plated with hard chromium and has screw mandrel structrue with uniform and smooth material
discharging. And the aircooled device has labyrinth type stucture with characteristica as uniform air-jut quantity, automatic temperature control and automatic heating.
4).The coiling device adopts torque motor to keep proper tension with even rolling and convenient roll replacing.
