The LHS169TC-PC34-TP by SWICN is a rectangle with arc corners 1.69-inch round IPS TFT LCD module with a capacitive touchscreen. It includes a TFT panel, TFT driver IC (ST7789V3), flexible printed circuit (FPC), backlight, capacitive touch panel (CTP), and CTP driver IC (CST816S), providing a comprehensive and compact solution.
With a resolution of 240x280 RGB pixels on a black background and a typical brightness of 850cd/m2, this module delivers sharp and vibrant visuals. The capacitive touchscreen adds a responsive touch function, enabling seamless user interaction, making it ideal for applications that require a user-friendly interface.

Optical Bonding Service
SWI provides optical bonding of touch panel products, displays, glass cover plates or any types of we produced or customer supplied display materials in various sizes from 0.4” up to 110″. This provides customers with the flexibility to optically bond a wide variety of display applications. We work with a wide variety of glass, acrylic polycarbonate, and film types to achieve optimal results.

What’s optical bonding?
Optical bonding is a process that involves bonding a cover lens or touch panel to the front of a display screen. The main purpose of this process is to enhance the performance of the display by eliminating the gap between the cover lens or touch panel and the display.
What type of cover lens to choose?
Tempered glass cover lenses are commonly used because they are durable and scratch resistant. Plastic cover lenses are lighter and easier to machine, but are with higher expansion coefficient and not as durable as tempered glass.
What type of sensor to choose?
ITO Glass is thickest. It provides excellent touch sensitivity and accuracy, but is thicker and heavier. Thickness: ITO Glass
0.5–1.3mm, ITO Film: 0.225–0.25mm, Metal Mesh: 0.15-0.25mm. ITO Film is most popular. It is flexible and lightweight, but have slightly lower optical performance. Metal Mesh is most expensive. It provides good touch sensitivity and is flexible and lightweight, and can have better transparency than ITO Film, but the copper mesh is relatively fragile and easy to break during production.
What type of adhesive to choose?
Acrylic Acid OCA is a dry adhesive film. It’s simple and easy for production. It’s more popular and cost effective. Silicone LOCA is liquid optical clear adhesive. It’s more resistant to high temperature and yellowing, so it is mostly used for outdoor
products. It’s more complicated forproduction and more expensive.
