Main Features
1. Single or multiple cutting depending on the size of the material which can increase capacity effectively.
2. Stable control of workpiece cutting accuracy within ±0.1mm, spindle accuracy within 0.01mm.
3. Stepper motor pushing forward blade cross feed for greater stability, combined with ultra-thin saw blades, can save you hundreds of dollars per day.
4. With a micro-lubrication device and special cutting oil for aluminium alloys to increase the service life of the saw blade.
5. Square linear guide rails and screw bars are used for feed and cutting feeding, ensuring stability in the sawing process.
6. The use of self-developed lift-off air-floatation feeding device (Patents)ensures the accuracy of the machined parts and prevents scratching of the material surface.
7. Two-way vacuuming with a fully enclosed protective cover for better collection of aluminium chips for 7S management.
