3, The core component of emulsifier, combining high-speed shearing and grinding with the most advanced technology in the world, and adopts a unique stator and rotor gap adjustment structure to maintain a minimum stable clearance. Material is special stainless steel, which is anti-corrosion, wearing, and the emulsification fineness is <5μm.

4, The emulsion tank and pipeline of the equipment are made of RPP plastic material, and the emulsion pump is equipped with FRP impeller. Compared with stainless steel, it has stronger corrosion resistance and can adapt to various PH value emulsified asphalt production.

5, Asphalt pump adopts variable frequency speed regulation motor to adjust the speed, and through the valve to adjust the flow of milk, which achieves the accurate and stable control of asphalt content (oil and water ratio).

6, The newly developed emulsified asphalt solid content analyzer can collect asphalt temperature, emulsion temperature and finished product temperature through three sets of temperature sensors without relying on the metering scheme of the flowmeter, and adopts dynamic solid content algorithm to visually display the finished content of emulsified asphalt proportion.

7, The equipment is equipped with a high-efficiency heat exchanger, and the finished emulsified asphalt is cooled by a heat exchanger to improve its storage stability, the cooling water is simultaneously heated for emulsified asphalt production, usually only the first tank water is heated from external boiler, for the subsequent production water, the heat could be completely provided by the heat exchanger.

8, It can produce normal emulsion asphalt, also suitable for SBS emulsion asphalt production.
