Glass Magnesium Board (usually called mgo board and magnesium oxide board) is the building material widely used in the construction area.The stable magnesium colloid is reinforced by middle alkali glass fiber net and stuffed by light material then becomes new flameless decorative material.

Glass Magnesium Board application:
Mgo board mainly used in house decoration, such as the house internal and external walls, hotels, restaurants, factory shopping malls, cinemas, theatres,hospitals,train or bus terminals,airports and school constructions.





This mixer machine is used to make the mgo board and other kinds of exterior wall thermal insulation board.
The machine adopts the fully enclosed design, the mixing time is shorten half time than the exposure mixer, the mixer speed is faster and the mixing materials more uniform. Automatically feeding the material greatly reduces the labour intensity.

The forming line is the mainframe for the whole line. Mixed wet slurry is fed onto moulding board moving with constant speed, via a storage tank and feeder.

This system stacks and aligns all boards after cutting as desired length; and then packing them for sale or storage.

Automatic tracking cutting machine adopts fixed length cutting method, cutter does not hurt the template.

Automatic machine adopts hydraulic lifting device and photoelectric control elevator. Also adopts the double location in order to continous production to ensure the whole production line running smoothly.

This machine adopts single-station mould and board separation manipulator suction design, the plate automatically stacking, the template automatically forward into the next cleaning process.

Dried board is rough. This cutting machine can position the board and keep the board's sides being a straight line. Set dust collector for collecting all dust.

After longitudinal cutting, the board move into next process: transverse cutting. The process will cut the board into final size you want.
