1) What is MOQ?
Our MOQ is 50pcs with our logo. If customers want to logo OEM, our MOQ is 100pcs. And if customers prefer appearance color OEM, the MOQ is 100pcs. Also, we can provide neutral packing (without our logo) with small quantity. Details can be discussed with us.
2) What kinds of logo printing are most popular?
Most of clients will prefer logo on sticker, it will be easy to change if your quantity is small.
3) How to get a sample?
We encourage customers to buy a sample to test our quality. The sample fee could be negotiated with our sales staff. We will refund sample charge to you once you place orders of mass production.
4) What is production time?
Sample lead time should be 5-7 days, first order lead time should be 25-30 days, repeat orders lead time should be about 20-25 days.
5) How to ship?
Sea freight, Air freight, Courier; Customer may select shipment method you want.
6) How can I pay you?
After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T are the most usual ways we are using.
7) How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
8) What is quality guarantee date?
Usually, the quality is one year for mass productions except not man - made damage.
