Product Description
sludge dewatering filter press is different sludge dewatering filter press, it is the kind of filter press with an elastic membrane between the filter plate and the filter cloth.
During operation, when the feed is over, then blow high-pressure fluid water or gas into membrane filter plates, at this time, the whole pieces of membrane will bulge and press the filter cake to achieve further dewatering for the filter cake.
After filtering, the filter cake from sludge dewatering filter press can be secondarily squeezed under max 1.6MPa by water or gas to achieve the lowest cake residual moisture in filter cake.
For our sludge dewatering filter press, it adopts international advanced TPE membrane technology, so that ensure stable performance and long life-span, and widely used for various industries.

we are using high quality polypropylene strong acid and strong alkali resistance or high quality polyester acid. We also can customized the filter cloth size as you required.
