Dongyue Textile knit fabric roll are packed and distributed in transparent plastic bags. A roll of cloth is about 170cm-190cm in length, with a side diameter of about 25cm, and the paper tube in the middle is about 5cm in diameter. The transparent plastic bag weighs 0.1-0.2kg.

2. How knit fabric is made in your side?
Nowadays most of the productions are conducted by the automatic machinery, and we have 168 sets of circular knitting machines to reach 15,000 tons capacity per year, also a full auto line of bonding fabric to cover the annual production of 10,000 tons approximately.
3. What type of knit fabric do you produce?
Currently including the types of terrycloth, ribbing, interlock knit, polar fleece, plain jersey, roma fabric, pique fabric, bonded fabric etc.
4. Will knit fabric shrink or wrinkle?
These are the common existing phenomenon, the factors are refer to the composition of the knit fabric and factory processing, take our school uniform fabric for example, the shrinkage range could be controlled at 4 %. When the the fabric contained polyamide, the more the easy to be wrinkle.
5. Can knit fabric be tailored with the order?
Sure, please advise some details like width, weight, blend percentage, etc. And the sample will be came out for you to confirm before mass production.
