Alkaline Protease APL4000 is a clear liquid product light yellow in color. The product is prepared by submerged fermentation of Bacillus Subtilis followed by purification and formulation. It’s a alkaline serine endo-peptidase.
MECHANISM
Protease is capable of degrading protein into soluble peptides and finally amino acids. These small molecular products get solubilized into liquid phase, and in this way the proteinaceous stains are removed.

APPLICATION RECOMMENDATION
REACTION PARAMETERS
The product has a wide working pH and temperature range from pH 6.0-11.0 and 25℃-60℃. Loss of activity occurs beyond these ranges.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
The recommended dosage is 0.3-1.5%. The product should be mixed with small amount of detergent first before further processing.
The optimal dosage has to be adapted to the exact cleaning purpose.

Enzyme preparations are proteins that may induce sensitization and cause allergic type of symptoms in susceptible individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or nasal mucosa. Any direct contact with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, please consult a doctor.
WARNINGS:
Keep sealed after use every time to avoid microbial infections and inactivation of enzymes until its finish.
