A: We can supply the air filter element sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
[3]Do you accept OEM/ODM?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM service is available. Product can be customized according to your requirement.
[4]What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
[5]What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
[6]How long can I expect to get the sample?
The samples will be ready for delivery within 1-3 days. And you will get them within 3-7days via express.
[7] How do you guarantee the after-sale service?
A: All products have to pass strict inspection before shipping to ensure quality of each product. If products are damaged when you receive them, we can replace them with new ones or give you the refund.
