working principle

When the dust flue gas is at a high temperature, generally a cooling system (air-cooled or water-cooled) is required. When the temperature drops below 240 ° C, it enters a dust collector for dust filtration and purification.

The high-temperature dust flue gas enters the upper box of the dust collector from the specific flue air duct of the dust collector. Under the action of the wind deflector and the air distribution system, the air flow velocity is reduced, and it is evenly distributed to each dust removal chamber for filtering and purification. During the flow of the flue gas, some large particles of dust were separated due to their own gravity and inertial forces and fell into the ash hopper. The flue gas entering the dedusting chamber, in which the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, the clean gas filtered by the filter bag enters the clean room through the filter bag mouth, and is discharged from the dust collector through the air outlet. As the dust on the surface of the filter bag continuously increases, when the dust collector's running resistance reaches the set value, the control system issues a dust cleaning instruction, and the dust cleaning system starts to work.

When the dust collector is cleaning, the clean high-pressure gas is instantly released into the dust removal chamber, the filter bag is blown up from top to bottom, and then quickly contracted to recover, so that the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag is shaken off, and the dust collector is restored to its previous working state The dust falling into the ash bucket was finally collected and cleaned up.

Under the control of the electronic control system, the dust collector circulates the above operations in sequence under different conditions, thereby achieving long-term stable filtering and purification of dust and flue gas, so that the discharged flue gas always meets national environmental protection requirements.
