RTS products: MOQ is 1 carton for in-stock products,MOQ is 2000 USD for out-of-stock products.

Q5: How can we get the sample,and what is the cost and time?
For the sample which we have existing mould. It is free. You only need to pay for the shipping fee. For custom sample,we will use Preliminary mold.We can help you design it as your information and requirements. The cost depends on your design. Sample time is about 7 days.
Q6: What is your payment item?
TT/LC/ CREDIT CARD is available for us. For small amount which is less than 1000 USD, we prefer 100% deposit.
For large amount, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping. Welcome to use Alibaba Assurance to protect the whole deal.
Q7: How can we get the goods from your factory?
By air or by sea. For sample,we usually use FEDEX, DHL or UPS. If the QTY is small, the total packing volume is less than 1 CBM,we suggest air shipping, it needs 5-7 days.
If QTY is large, more than 1 CBM, we suggest sea shipping.It needs 20-30 days. It will be easy if your have your own forwarder for shipping.
