A: We are a group enterprise with factories and trading companies. The factories are responsible for producing high-quality products, and the trading companies are responsible for selling and exporting our products.
Q: Can you accept Trade Insurance Order?
A: Yes, very support.
Q: How about MOQ?
A: For RTS product, no MOQ requirement. For OEM product, minimum order of 1000 pcs, and could be negotiated.
Q: How about samples?
A: We could send 1-3pcs free samples for you check quality and freight collect. Just let us know which item you need and we can arrange to send it to you in 2-7days. Sample cost can be refunded after order confirmed.
Q: Can you make customized design/ size/ packaging?
A: Yes, of course, we are glass factory, we can open new glass mould as well as insert paper, logo, packaging as customer's requirement.
Q: Do you have a product testing department?
A: Of course, we have our own QC.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality first is our motto, workers always attach great importance to QC from the very beginning to the very end.
Q: How about your payment terms?
A: For RTS product, T/T ,Western Union , PayPal. For OEM product, 30%T/T deposit + Balance 70% Irrevocable LC. D/P.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
A:2-15 days for RTS product and sample. 30 days for OEM product and 7 days for sample after getting the deposit. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
