Features: According to the trajectory of the shaking body/sieve box, Gyratory Sifter is also called reciprocating screen, The
vibration force generated by the driving device is the regularly changes inertial force in the same direction around the fixed
axis. Essentially, it is the reciprocating inertial force generated by the rotation of the eccentric wheel around the fixed axis.
According to the structural characteristics and working principle of Gyratory Sifter, the screen is generally set horizontally or slightly inclined (the inclination angle is 0°~5°)
Working principle: After machine started, the shaking body, that is screen box will move reciprocatingly back and forth under the inertial force of the screen box, then the screen box drives the screen to do periodical shaking, so that the material on the screen surface will make a directional jumping motion together with the screen box, materials smaller than the sieve surface aperture fall to the lower layer through the sieve holes and become under-the-sieve objects, the material on the screen surface aperture is discharged from the discharge port after continuous tumbling and jumping motion, finally, the screening is completed.
