Q:When customizing products, what format does the design draft need?
A:Original documents such as AI/CDR/PDF should be provided in the design draft.

If there is no original design, please provide clear pictures.

Q:Can I have a proof, how much cost?
A:Sure, it is about 200 yuan.

Q:How long will it take to make a sample?
A:Proofing is usually done in 7 days, it depends on the complexity of the product design.

Q:How do I know if the product you made is in line with the customer's design? Can you change the mold in the middle?
A:After receiving the money, we will arrange the design technician to draw the effect drawing to confirm to the customer.

Before the formal mold opening, the customer can put forward suggestions for modification, and our company will modify the mold scheme if it can be achieved technically.

In the process of mold opening, if the customer has confirmed the mold drawing for reasons, the modification will be proposed again. Therefore, the customer shall bear the cost of remaking the mold.

Q:Can I get an invoice,how much does it cost to invoice?
A:Yes, we can. You need to add 10% to invoice.
