What is your MOQ?

Our MOQ is different for different products and could be negotiable. The prices of more quantity will be more cheaper.
The packaging MOQ is a little more to 3000pcs to poly bag and 1000pcs for boxes or other bags. The rest packaging could be kept at our warehouse.

Can you make samples? How much is the sample charge?

Yes, we can make customized samples for you. The sample charge is different for different design. Some are only USD10-20/design, some other are USD50-200/design even more according the complexity of design.
However, the sample charge could be refunded when bulk order reach to a certain quantity.

How about the lead time?

Lead time will be according different quantity and technical process. Fastest lead time could be 10-15 days. Normally, the average lead time is 25-35 days.

How can I get the price?

Please send the product design photo and your customized logo or pattern design file to us and also let us know the material you need. If you cannot be sure what material you'd like, we can give a suggestion according your design.
Also, please confirm the quantity you'd like to purchase, then we will calculate an exact best price to you as soon as we can.

How do I make payment?

The payment term will be according different order total amount. Generally:
≤US$3,500, 100% in advance;
US$3,501.00-US$5,500.00, 50% in advance and 50% balance before shipping
US$5,501.00-US$9,500.00, 40% in advance and 60% balance before shipping
≥US$9,501.00, 30% in advance and 70% balance before shipping
But these are not mandatory and could be negotiable.
And we can accept various payment method as following:
PayPal, ACH(in the US only), wire transfer(T/T), HK HSBC, Euro J.P.Morgan Chase, US Citibank, Alibaba Assurance, Western&Union, Payoneer, L/C at sight...etc.
