2023 New Generation DTF Printing Solution without Powder
HONGSAM developped the latest technology no powder DTF printing solution for tshirt printing.The solution solves the natural defects of “PET film transfer printing solution with powder”, the printing process is shorter, and the whole process has only three steps: printing-drying-transfer, there is no "powder shaking" process, reduces the probability of defective products and avoids many problems with the powder shaking solution.
Hongjet No powder DTF Printing Solution Characteristics
Equipped with 3 or 4 Epson I3200 printheads, has high precision, excellent color.
No powder shaking machine and powder quality influence, suitable for fine pattern performance.
-Good air permeability, comfortable to wear.
-Excellent hand feeling, suitable for soft fabrics.

Printing Process
1. Select a pattern on the computer that you want to print
2. Use hongjet powderless DTF printer to print & drying
3. Transfer the pattern to the fabric by pressing machine.
Pressure: 0.6~0.8 Mpa
Temperature:
for cotton -- 160℃*40S
for leather -- 120℃*20S
4. Peel off the film when the temperature cools down
Pressure: 0.6~0.8 Mpa
