Flat tempered glass

heating float glass to nearly softening point and then cooling
it down rapidly by air.
Heat-strengthened glass
☼ has the same production method as tempered glass ,to heat the glass to the softening point,then rapidly cooled
down.Therefore,tempered variance between intermediate level and superficial level is relatively smaller,stress is relatively smaller.
Security
☼ The glass is not easy to break when impacted. The broken glass will form small obtuse angular particle fragments similar to honeycomb, which will not cause serious harm to human body.
High Strength
☼ Compared with float glass of the same thickness, the impact strength of tempered glass is 3-5 times higher.
Thermal Stability
