1. LIANSHUN's independent research and development of PE double wall corrugated pipe molding machine, production pipe diameter range of 200-500mm, stable operation, high output, it is the core part of the production line.
2. The molding machine adopts horizontal structure, shuttle transmission, water cooling, vacuum molding, original online double-layer flaring, unique vacuum system structure, emergency retreat function.
3. The electrical system of molding machine adopts touch screen system, which is intuitive, advanced and highly operational.
4. The forming machine has the function of automatic reset, which can recover the original position and separate from the head and aluminum module in case of sudden power failure, so it has the function of safety protection.

Plastic extruder
1.The extruder use buffer forced feeding,the main drive motor power consumption reduces 30%.
2.The extrusion system uses a 33:1 large L/D ratio for higher efficiency and more stable product extrusion.
3.Wall thickness adjustment of die head can be adjusted while machine is running. Therefore production volume is increased and material loss is reduced.

Mould adopts 40Cr, it has the advantages of high precision,high strength,good wear-resisting and better heat .Advanced module fast replacement system can greatly reduce the replacement time. According to the different needs of users, different waveform forming modules can be designed.
